At Dark Metal Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom metal art, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items. However, we will gladly process an exchange for defective products or if there are any issues with the print quality.

Exchanges: If your product is defective or damaged due to our production error, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for an exchange request.

Damaged in Transit: If your item is damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. Unfortunately, damage caused by the postal system is not grounds for a return or refund.

General Returns: For non-custom products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
