Reshipping Policy

• Incorrect Address: If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will reship the order to the correct address at the customer’s expense. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to no fault of our own (e.g., customer unavailability, incorrect address), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges for reshipping the order.

• Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage or loss once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
