Diecast & More is primarily dedicated to diecast vehicles and the collecting community, with select complementary collectible categories considered to create a stronger show for buyers.

Your Booth Is Sitting Next to One of Clermont’s Weekly Traditions
Every Sunday, Downtown Clermont hosts its established Farmers Market along Montrose Street and 8th Street — immediately adjacent to Clermont City Center.
The weekly market features dozens of vendors, with historical reports ranging from roughly 40 to 65+ vendors depending on the week, plus downtown restaurants, breweries, boutiques and other businesses drawing visitors throughout the district.
Our Expo runs during the same Sunday window.
That gives this show something many standalone collector events do not have:

Diecast vendors receive priority. Other collectible categories are welcome when they fit the character of the show.
Diecast & Automotive
Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Mini GT, Kaido House, M2 Machines, GreenLight, Auto World, Jada, Johnny Lightning, INNO64, Pop Race, Tarmac Works, racing collectibles, vintage diecast, customs, dioramas and accessories.
Collector Categories
Anime and manga collectibles, action figures, designer toys, trading cards, comics, Funko, vintage toys, models, hobby products, collector art, pins and related accessories.
Diecast & Automotive
Non-diecast categories may be reviewed before acceptance. Counterfeit merchandise, illegal products, unrelated flea-market goods and inappropriate merchandise are prohibited.

Vendor Terms
Vendor spaces may not be transferred or resold without approval. Vendors are responsible for merchandise, displays, transactions, applicable taxes, payment processing and securing inventory.
All merchandise must be legal, appropriate for a general audience and consistent with the collectibles nature of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Suggested policy: registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are refundable less a 20% administrative fee. Registrations cancelled within 30 days are non-refundable, with future-event credit available at organizer discretion.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, vendor registration fees should be refunded or credited toward a rescheduled event.
