This Privacy Policy explains what information Dark Metal Designs may collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you when you use our website, shop, forms, event pages, update lists, and related services.

Transactional Messages Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending messages that are necessary to complete or service a transaction, such as order confirmations, shipping notices, account messages, event-registration information, or responses to requests you send us.

Dark Metal Designs may receive transaction information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, card type, limited card details, billing information, or fraud-screening results, but we do not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers on our own systems unless clearly disclosed and appropriately secured.

Payment providers handle information according to their own privacy terms and legal obligations.

DARK METAL AFTER DARK — 18+

Dark Metal After Dark is intended only for adults age 18 and older. After Dark may use age-confirmation technology such as an age gate or other access-control mechanisms.

Information collected through After Dark is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our separate 18+ Policy.

We do not design After Dark mailing lists, forms, or interactive features for minors.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS, EMBEDS & SERVICES

Dark Metal Designs may link to or display content from third-party websites and services, including related stores, payment providers, shipping companies, social networks, manufacturers, event services, media platforms, or other external sites.

Those services may collect information independently and operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of unaffiliated third parties.
