Know Before You Subscribe.
Will I know exactly what is coming each month?
No. This is intentionally a surprise-box subscription. Your tier defines the level of product you receive, but exact cars and brands rotate monthly.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Allow subscribers to skip before the published monthly renewal cutoff. Once the box renews and enters fulfillment, that month cannot be skipped.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Subscribers can cancel before the next renewal cutoff. Final cancellation terms should match the store’s published subscription policy.
Is a chase, Treasure Hunt or rare car guaranteed?
No. Those items may appear as surprise upgrades, but are not guaranteed unless a specific promotion explicitly says otherwise.
Could I receive something I already own?
Yes. Because we do not track every subscriber’s full personal collection, duplicate protection is not guaranteed.
Can I change subscription tiers?
Yes. Allow tier changes before the next renewal date so the following month’s box reflects the new level.
When am I charged?
Subscribers should be charged on a recurring monthly schedule. The final renewal date should be clearly shown during checkout and inside the subscriber account.
When does my box ship?
Use one predictable monthly fulfillment window and publish it clearly so customers know exactly what to expect.
