POLICY.

PURPOSE OF AFTER DARK

Dark Metal After Dark is a separate, age-restricted area of Dark Metal Designs created for mature artwork, photography, nightlife-oriented content, limited releases, creator features, and other material that may be more provocative or adult in tone than content shown throughout the main Dark Metal Designs site.

After Dark is not intended for children or minors.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to knowingly access Dark Metal After Dark or any page, gallery, product collection, event listing, or other area specifically marked as 18+.

By entering an age-restricted area, you represent and confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are legally permitted to access mature content where you are located;
• You are choosing to access the content voluntarily; and
• You understand that the section may contain mature themes or imagery.

If you do not meet these requirements, do not enter or use After Dark.

WHAT “MATURE CONTENT” MAY INCLUDE

After Dark may contain material that is more adult or provocative than the rest of Dark Metal Designs. Depending on the release or feature, this may include:

• Pin-up inspired artwork;
• Sensual or provocative photography;
• Mature-themed illustration or artwork;
• Nightlife, bar, club, automotive, or lifestyle imagery;
• Suggestive themes or language;
• Adult-oriented merchandise or limited art releases; and
• Creator work intended for an adult audience.

The presence of an 18+ section does not mean every item displayed within it is explicit. The designation allows Dark Metal Designs to keep mature or potentially sensitive material separated from the general site.

AGE GATE & ACCESS CONFIRMATION

We may use an age gate, confirmation button, account setting, checkout confirmation, or another reasonable method to ask users to confirm their age before accessing designated content.

Clicking an “I am 18 or older,” “Enter,” or similar confirmation is a representation by you that the information you provide is accurate.

MINORS

Dark Metal After Dark is not directed to minors, and minors are not authorized to access designated 18+ sections.

If we become aware that a minor has used an After Dark area in violation of this policy, we may restrict access, remove submitted information, cancel access to age-restricted features, or take other reasonable steps appropriate to the situation.

Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided information through an After Dark feature may contact us through the site so that we can review the situation.

DO NOT PROVIDE 18+ CONTENT TO MINORS

You may not intentionally use Dark Metal Designs to distribute, display, transmit, sell, or provide content or products marked 18+ to a person you know is under the applicable age requirement.

Users are also responsible for controlling access to their own devices, accounts, saved media, and purchases.

PRODUCTS & PURCHASES

Some artwork, prints, merchandise, or limited releases may be identified as 18+ or placed exclusively within After Dark because of their imagery, subject matter, or presentation.

Where a product is specifically age restricted, we may require age confirmation at entry, product selection, checkout, delivery, or another stage of the transaction where appropriate or legally required.

All purchases are also subject to the general Terms & Conditions and any specific terms shown with the product.

AFTER DARK EVENTS

An event associated with After Dark may have its own age requirement based on the venue, event format, alcohol service, entertainment, local law, or other circumstances.

An event labeled 18+, 21+, or otherwise age restricted is governed by the age requirement stated for that specific event. Venue staff or event organizers may require government-issued identification where appropriate.

CREATORS, COLLABORATIONS & SUBMISSIONS

Creators, photographers, models, artists, vendors, and collaborators participating in content specifically created for an adult-only After Dark feature must meet the age requirements applicable to that project.

Dark Metal Designs does not knowingly accept sexually exploitative, illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise unlawful material.

Submitting content does not guarantee publication. We may decline, remove, or restrict material that does not fit the brand, violates our policies, creates legal concerns, or is otherwise inappropriate for the site.

PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information collected through Dark Metal Designs is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

After Dark is intended for adults. We do not design After Dark signup forms, update lists, or interactive features for children.

If we learn that personal information has been submitted by a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we may delete or otherwise address that information as required by applicable law.

YOUR LOCATION & LOCAL LAW

Laws regarding mature content, online age assurance, restricted merchandise, and adult-oriented events may differ by state, country, or other jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to After Dark and any purchase or activity associated with it is lawful where you are located.

We may restrict access to specific content, products, or services in certain locations when required by law or when we reasonably determine that doing so is appropriate.

ENFORCEMENT & ACCESS

Dark Metal Designs may restrict, suspend, or refuse access to After Dark when we reasonably believe that:

• A user does not meet the applicable age requirement;
• Age information has been misrepresented;
• The section is being misused;
• A user is attempting to provide restricted content to minors;
• Access would violate applicable law or another binding requirement; or
• Restriction is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect users or the business.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

After Dark may evolve as Dark Metal Designs adds new artwork, creators, releases, events, or features. We may update this 18+ Policy to reflect those changes or changes in applicable requirements.

The effective date shown at the top of the page identifies the current version.
